Service Area
Net rates are valid for services starting from Turin or Milan.
For departures outside these hubs, an extra travel/fuel fee will apply, to be defined directly at the time of booking.

Payment & Conditions – Agencies
Net Rates – All prices in our Collaboration Pack and Tour Catalogue are net per group (1–8 pax). Agencies are free to apply their own markup.
Service Area – Rates valid from Turin & Milan. Extra travel/fuel fees may apply for departures outside these hubs.
Booking & Payment – Bookings confirmed in writing (email/WhatsApp). Payment due at confirmation (bank transfer or agreed method).
Duration – Services available as 8h, 12h or 24h with overnight. Multi-day bookings possible with special discounts from the 2nd day.
Cancellations – 100% refund up to 14 days before service (except third-party costs). 50% refund 7–13 days prior. Non-refundable under 7 days.
High Season – Supplements may apply during major events (F1, ATP Finals, exhibitions).
Responsibility – Private Host Italy acts as host & local support, not as commercial NCC service.
