Payments & Cancellations

At Private Host Services we value clarity, professionalism, and flexibility.
As your personal host in Italy, my goal is to ensure a smooth and transparent booking process, so you feel secure and well taken care of.

Long & High-Value Trips (Booked More Than 7 Days in Advance)

• Deposit: 30% required to confirm the booking.

• Balance: Remaining 70% must be paid 7 days before arrival.

• Payment Methods: Bank Transfer · Secure Card Link

Cancellation Policy:

• 10+ days before arrival → 100% Full refund of all payments (minus bank/transfer fees).

• 9–3 days before arrival → 50% refund.

• Less than 3 days before arrival → No refund.

Last-Minute Bookings (7 Days or Less Before the Service)

• Full Payment is required at the time of booking.

• Payment Methods: Bank Transfer · Secure Card Link

Cancellation Policy:

• Up to 72 hours before the tour → 50% refund.

• Less than 72 hours before the tour → No refund.

Additional Notes

• Refunds are always processed quickly and transparently.

• In case of force majeure (severe weather, emergencies, transport disruptions), we will reschedule whenever possible or provide a fair solution.

• Payments must be completed within the stated deadlines to guarantee the service. If payment is not received, the booking may be cancelled.

• Please note: Private Host Services is a personal host & travel companion service and not a taxi (NCC) or travel agency. Transportation is always part of the hosted experience.

Travel Insurance (Recommended)

For your peace of mind, we strongly recommend purchasing personal travel insurance covering:

• Cancellations & trip interruptions

• Medical expenses & accidents

While Private Host Services guarantees clear refund policies, Travel Insurance ensures you are fully protected during your stay in Italy.

We are not a taxi company or licensed chauffeur (NCC). Transportation is included only as part of the private hosting experience, never as a stand-alone service.
